He holds particularly deep experience in large transformation programs, including post-acquisitions for private equity funds, post-merger integrations, turnaround plans and sales transformations.
His additional capabilities include integration management office, corporate strategy, Zero-based Redesign, salesforce excellence, route-to-market strategy and operational due diligence.
Prior to joining us in 2012, Emmanuel held positions at both Plastic Omnium and Trèves.
He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a master's degree from ENSAM.
