He has nearly two decades of management consulting experience, serving clients primarily in the telecommunications, technology, and media industries.
Karsten advises telecom companies on cost and customer transformations, service operations, cross-platform operations, field service optimization, and network design. He recently led the customer experience transformation of a large Australian telecommunications company.
He also advises clients across industries on customer advocacy and the Net Promoter System®.
In addition to his case work, he led our Australian recruiting efforts for five years.
Karsten holds an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management (USA) and diplomas from the University Of Mannheim (Germany) and ESSEC (France).
In his personal time, he enjoys being active outdoors with his family and is especially fond of water sports and mountain biking.
