Pauline Guieysse

Pauline is a member of our Performance Improvement and Transformation & Change practices, with deep experience in running Accelerated Performance Transformations.

Since joining Bain, Pauline has worked with clients on growth strategy, cost reduction, operating model redesign, and full business transformation. She has worked closely with change-oriented management teams and investors to drive large-scale productivity improvement and cost transformation programs.

Beyond her client work, Pauline leads Women at Bain (WAB) in the Bay Area, which fosters and promotes global initiatives to make our firm the best place for female talent.

Pauline holds master’s degrees in industrial engineering and management science & engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris and Stanford University, respectively.
