He is the leader of Bain's EMEA Telecommunications practice and the co-leader of Bain Simple & Digital. He previously led Bain Customer Experience Transformation within the Customer Strategy & Marketing practice.

Frédéric is engaged in non-profit activities, notably as a Member of the Doctors Without Borders Advisory Board in Belgium. He was previously President of the INSEAD Alumni Association of Belgium.
Frédéric holds a degree in Business Engineering from the Solvay Business School and an MBA from INSEAD with distinction.
