Joe Lischwe is an expert in Bain's Financial Services, Customer Strategy and Diversity Equity and Inclusion practices.
Joe is a pragmatic, strategic leader with deep experience bringing a customer lens to strategy, transformation, commercial excellence, performance improvement, due diligence, M&A and diversity, equity and inclusion.
Since joining Bain, Joe has advised clients across a range of industries primarily covering Financial Services including wealth & asset management, payments, banking and fintechs.
In addition to his role at Bain, he also supports Bain's commitment to promote Racial and Social Equity. Joe has led work to launch and grow OneTen, which is a non-profit coalition of over 70+ blue-chip companies, including Bain, focused on tackling systemic issues facing Black Talent without 4-year degrees to achieve family-sustaining careers.
Prior to joining Bain, Joe worked in JPMorgan's Private Bank, and also holds an MBA from Wharton and a B.A. from Northwestern University in Mathematics and Economics.
