WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join our Global Marketing team based in Warsaw GBS, supporting a collaborative and experienced Events team. You’ll work alongside Practice Marketers and colleagues across Bain’s marketing and distribution functions to help bring bold, client-centric event experiences to life.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a Marketing Events Coordinator, you’ll gain hands-on experience in planning and delivering global events, including Bain-hosted experiences and third-party conference participation. You’ll support key executional workstreams, contribute to a high-performing team, and build foundational skills in strategic event management.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll play an integral role in supporting the execution of Bain-hosted events and the firm’s participation in third-party conferences. Working alongside a collaborative global team, you’ll contribute to delivering exceptional experiences that engage clients and elevate Bain’s brand. Specifically, you will:
Assist with the planning and coordination of in-person and virtual Bain-hosted events, including logistics, budgeting, venue research, and vendor sourcing
Prepare key materials such as timelines, attendee communications, and branding assets to support seamless execution
Provide on-site support during events to ensure a smooth and professional experience
Help manage logistics for Bain’s presence at external conferences, including registrations, travel arrangements, and booth or branding setup
Collaborate with internal teams to support content development, engagement planning, and post-event tracking
Conduct research on new event opportunities and track performance metrics to support continuous improvement
Apply Bain’s event standards and best practices across all assigned tasks, contributing to overall team success and innovation
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Event Management, Communications or related field preferred)
English language proficiency at C1 level
1–2 years of experience in events, marketing, or project coordination
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Eagerness to learn and contribute as part of a collaborative team
Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% annually
