WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join our Reporting Centre of Excellence team within Bain’s Global Business Services (GBS) organization. This team partners closely with internal Bain business functions—including Finance, Creative Services, Research and Data Services, and Human Resources Operations—as well as regional and global stakeholders. You’ll work with diverse teams and datasets to deliver high-quality reporting and insights that drive decision-making across the firm.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As an Analyst in Reporting & Analytics, you’ll play a central role in delivering high-quality reporting and data visualization solutions to internal clients. You’ll contribute to building scalable reporting capabilities while helping strengthen the Reporting Centre of Excellence’s impact and reputation across Bain.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop new reporting tools and dashboards to meet evolving business needs
- Translate existing Excel and PowerPoint reports into scalable Tableau solutions
- Maintain and enhance recurring reporting in Tableau and other tools
- Optimize existing dashboards, identifying opportunities to improve usability and insights
- Contribute to the development of Bain’s reporting standards and best practices
- Work with large datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and actionable outputs
- Continuously build expertise in data visualization and reporting tools, sharing knowledge across the team
ABOUT YOU
- University degree in a financial, business, or quantitative field preferred
- 3 years of experience in reporting, analytics, finance, or data visualization
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Working knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau Prep, or similar data preparation tools
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage priorities to meet deadlines
- Clear communicator with a professional and collaborative approach
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability in delivering high-quality work
- Interest in coaching or supporting more junior team members
- Fluent English
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model with 2 days per week in the office
