Veterans at Bain (VAB) is a focused community for all Bain professionals who want to build connections around experiences of those with a military background. Our efforts focus on building connection and community and creating a culture where everyone feels valued, empowered, and inspired.
A core piece of our commitment to Diverse Teams, One Bain
Bain has been investing in diverse and inclusive teams since our founding. Our earliest affinity groups started informally over 30 years ago and since then we have expanded into a wide range of activities and events to create a culture of inclusion where every Bainie can thrive.
Veterans at Bain provides members a space to form meaningful relationships, drive connectivity, and build community. We take pride in helping our members share, find connection, learn, and build bonds with other affinity groups.
