Join our Lead to Inspire Weekend and gain practical insight into what a career in management consulting at Bain could look like. This event is designed for experienced professionals who identify as women, or who are passionate about advancing women in leadership, and are considering consulting opportunities in one of our participating European offices.
What the weekend looks like
As a selected participant, you will join peers from across Europe for a unique weekend in Milan, where you’ll learn more about Bain, connect with consultants, and explore how Bain can accelerate your consulting career. In our regional program designed to offer transparency, connection, and perspective, you’ll hear directly from Bain consultants about their experiences, engage in interactive sessions, and connect with peers navigating similar career questions.
The weekend combines learning, experience sharing, and time to reflect, so you can leave with a clearer understanding of consulting at Bain and your potential next step. It brings together candidates interested in exploring consulting opportunities across the following offices: Amsterdam, Athens, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Lisbon, London, Madrid, Milan, Oslo, Paris, Rome, Stockholm, and Warsaw.
Participants will travel to Milan and enjoy a welcome dinner to get to know one another and meet Bain representatives.
A full day of interactive sessions focused on consulting at Bain, including discussions, practical exercises, and networking, followed by a social evening.
Closing sessions, final conversations, and departure.
Learn to lead from those who’ve done it
Gain insight into management consulting through conversations with Bain leaders and consultants who have taken different paths into the firm and beyond.
Connect with peers from diverse industries and backgrounds across Europe, and build relationships through shared discussions and experiences.

We invite experienced professionals from Europe with 2–6 years of full-time work experience who identify as women, or who are passionate about advancing women in leadership, and interested in exploring a consulting role in one of Bain’s participating European offices.

You’ll have the opportunity to indicate office preferences during the application process.

The weekend will focus on understanding consulting at Bain, learning how teams work, hearing first-hand experiences from Bain consultants, and reflecting on how your background and interests could translate to consulting.

I am currently studying for my MBA. Am I eligible to apply?
Lead to Inspire is intended for experienced professionals who are actively working. MBA students are encouraged to explore our on-campus events.

If I am not invited to Lead to Inspire, can I still apply to Bain?
Yes. Participation in the program is not a prerequisite for applying to full-time roles at Bain.
