Ben is a member of our AI, Insights, and Solutions (AIS) team.
He has over a decade of firm experience applying AI and analytical solutions to business use cases.
Ben primarily advises retail clients in the grocery and restaurant sectors and has worked with more than 10 of the top 50 US retailers. His work focuses on customer and product strategy, including assortment optimization, churn reduction, and price setting. Ben has also led multiple enterprise-wide analytical transformations. In addition to retail, Ben has run large-scale data-driven projects in the consumer products space.
Outside of client work, Ben acts as the Dallas AI champion, ensuring his colleagues are informed on the latest and greatest approaches and technologies. Ben is also a hiring manager for data scientists and a leader in improving ways of working to continually improve integrating individuals with business backgrounds with individuals with data backgrounds.
He holds a MS from Rochester Institute of Technology in applied statistics and a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. In his personal time, Ben enjoys hiking national parks and watching baseball games. He is also an animal lover and has 2 dogs of his own.
