I joined Bain in early 2020 as a team leader to work on cutting-edge analytics work for different clients. Since then, I’ve been fortunate enough to be part of exciting and challenging cases across different domains. Joining has been very rewarding for me personally and professionally. I am as excited as I was on day one and am looking forward to the coming years at the firm.

The journey from team leader to Associate Partner was an exciting one. During this journey, I received immense support from leadership, fellow team members and consultants. Consistent encouragement and empowerment given by Bain leaders, opportunities to share ideas, and working closely with clients to see changes take effect have been instrumental for my growth at Bain.
Bain’s APAC region is experiencing exciting growth. Can you share how you think Bain India specifically is driving impact for Bain?
Bain India is a critical engine for Bain’s overall growth in APAC through its client engagements, digital expertise, talent pool and regional integration. Particularly, the digital capabilities and growing AI, Insights, & Solutions team has set the foundation for tremendous growth going forward. Bain India has also helped to maintain market leadership in private equity space across the region.
What fuels your excitement about how data science and machine learning engineering experts are contributing to Bain?
In the last few years, data science and machine learning engineering experts have been playing a crucial role in driving client success for Bain. We help our clients build highly customized AI solutions that address specific business problem and unlock the value. Excitement comes from the fact that this is just a start and we continue to grow at a quick pace and work at forefront with our clients to drive the digital & AI initiatives.
Can you describe the culture of the Bangalore office? What’s your favorite part about the local office culture?
Bangalore office offers a very supportive and nurturing environment and operates with a "one team" mentality. Collaboration and client focus is part of everything we do here. My favorite part about culture here is that its deeply people-centric and success is shared with everyone.
