Claudia Bianchi is a member of our Private Equity and Financial Services practices.
She works with private equity funds and family holdings across three main areas: due diligence in deal processes, value-creation projects in portfolio companies, and strategy and asset-allocation projects. Within due diligence and value creation engagements, Claudia’s primary focus areas include financial services, technology, and information and business services.
In addition, Claudia advises large financial institutions and technology/software companies on defining their strategies and growth plans, and on planning and executing their M&A agendas.
Beyond her direct client work, Claudia is passionate about building and developing Bain’s talent pool.
Claudia holds a Master of Arts in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen and a CEMS Master in International Management from the University of St. Gallen and the National University of Singapore.
In her personal time, she enjoys sports (skiing, golfing, running, and HIIT), art (culinary, photography, and fashion), traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
