Dr. Lilli Probst is a member of our Financial Services, Healthcare, and AI, Insights & Solutions (AIS) practices. With more than a decade of consulting experience, she has successfully supported clients across the EMEA region in delivering transformational change and measurable business outcomes.
She is a recognized expert in the insurance sector, having advised leading insurers – in particular statutory and private health insurance providers. Her experience also includes working closely with clients across the broader healthcare ecosystem, including pharma, medtech, and care providers.
Lilli brings deep expertise in strategy and cost management programs, digital and (generative) AI-driven transformations, and initiatives focused on improving customer loyalty and Net Promoter Score. She holds a Master of Economics for Development from the University of Oxford, as well as a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg. Lilli Probst is married and has four children.
