Marcus has more than 16 years of global consulting experience with extensive leadership and project management experience. He has lived and worked in China, Japan and Russia.
Marcus specializes in automotive sales and marketing, as well as wholesale and retail topics. He holds additional expertise in change management and restructuring, including the development of new business areas with innovative business models, the management of investment projects and mergers, and efficiency programs in production, operations, supply chain and procurement.
He has authored a number of publications on topics related to automotive and manufacturing.
Prior to joining Bain, Marcus worked for a number of global consulting firms.
He is an electrical engineer with a doctorate degree from RWTH Aachen, and an industrial engineer from the university of Hagen.
