Maximilian Cappel is a member of our Insurance, Advanced Analytics and Enterprise Technology practices. He has more than a decade of management consulting experience, delivering tangible results for his clients across EMEA.
Maximilian is a proven insurance expert and has worked extensively with leading health, commercial, and P&C insurance companies within the DACH region and globally. He holds deep expertise in strategy and turnaround programs, digital and enterprise technology transformations, and performance improvement projects.
He also supports Bain's Social Impact commitment advising global NGOs.
Maximilian studied at the Technical University of Munich and the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore and holds a diploma in business and chemistry (master's degree equivalent). He also holds a honors degree in technology management from the Center for Digital Technology and Management (a joint institution of the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich and the Technical University of Munich).
