Mo Karam

Mo is a member of our Enterprise Technology practice, where he works with leading organizations to shape bold technology strategies and deliver large-scale digital transformations.

He brings deep experience in helping clients unlock digital value—whether through legacy system modernization, the design of new tech-enabled businesses, or the application of generative AI to accelerate innovation. His work spans Fortune 500 companies and private equity-backed portfolio firms, with a particular focus on financial services and healthcare. His areas of expertise include enterprise technology strategy, product operating model design, and complex transformation delivery. Mo has led numerous product, cost, and operating model transformations, and frequently advises clients during critical inflection points, including M&A integrations and major technology program recoveries.

Prior to joining Bain, Mo held senior consulting roles at other global consulting firms. He holds a degree in biomedical engineering from Bucknell University. Outside of work, he is passionate about health and performance, with a focus on strength and endurance training, and is an active mentor to local technology entrepreneurs in the New York City area.
