Pietro Bagnoli is a member of our Financial Services practice.

He has worked with many Italian and international banks.  His work primarily surrounds customer strategy and marketing (including the Net Promoter SystemSM), retail banking, ESG, advanced analytics and business strategy.

Beyond his client work, he is a member of our Milan office recruiting group.

Outside of Bain, Pietro is passionate about football and seaside. He and his wife are the proud parents of 2 young daughters.
