He helps biopharma and health services organizations unlock growth, efficiency, and strategic advantage from investments in generative AI, data, and digital platforms. His work spans the full transformation lifecycle—from concept to capability to business impact—and includes areas such as accelerating clinical development, identifying high-value patients, modernizing digital and data platforms, deploying generative AI for quality and safety, and enabling data-powered care delivery and administrative transformation.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Satty has advised top‑20 pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations, payers, academic medical centers, public health agencies, and patient advocacy groups on large-scale, technology-driven transformations. He mentors emerging health tech founders and has shaped capability-building initiatives across several consulting firms. Before joining Bain, he was a partner at another global consultancy.

Satty holds an honors degree in engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi, India. Outside of work, he enjoys playing musical instruments, reading biographies, and taking long road trips with his family.
