Biografie Jeff
Jeff Woods is a member of our Private Equity and Healthcare practices.
Jeff specializes in healthcare transactions across the provider, payer, and healthcare IT sectors. His recent engagements have included due diligence, growth strategy development, business planning, sales force and site optimization, and M&A.
He most recently led another top firm's U.S. healthcare practice across private equity and strategy development, building the firm's healthcare capabilities throughout his 20-year tenure there.
He holds an MBA with distinction from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, as well as both an M.S. in Evaluative Clinical Sciences and a B.A. in Biology from Dartmouth.
In his personal time, Jeff enjoys fly fishing, skiing, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
