Biografie Melissa

Melissa Artabane is the vice president of our Global Diversity & Inclusion Programs, which includes the Global Women’s Leadership Council.

Melissa spearheads our global talent diversity & inclusion efforts. In doing so, she partners with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies to develop, support and retain a diverse set of talent throughout all levels of the firm, as well as to ensure that Bain’s culture, norms and processes are inclusive of all diversity. 

She also conducts primary research that is used to inform both internal investments and support our clients in their own diversity & inclusion efforts.

Melissa joined Bain in 1999 and has held a number of roles at the firm. Immediately prior to her current role, she served as the practice manager for Bain’s global Social Impact practice.

She holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar. She also earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
