The BCN comprises of Consulting Services, Knowledge Services and Shared Services.
Who you will work with
The BCN Customer CoE aims to provide expertise, speed, and a competitive edge to Bain’s Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Branding, Marketing, and Customer Experience work. We do this by co-developing and delivering client pitch decks, consulting products, and deliver on Go-to-Market solutions. Within the CoE, we build products and deliver solutions that help clients uncover and capture their full potential across the entire sales value chain and customer journey, spanning problem identification, solution design, implementation, and capability building.

What you’ll do
- Develop high-impact sales collateral (proposal, discussion decks and RFP responses) for clients across regions
- Co-create innovative perspectives and products to help Bain win more projects, and to serve clients more effectively and efficiently
- Help build Bain’s differentiated offering, experience and expertise through new tools and innovative thinking
- Show comfort in driving open-ended client requests, creating point-of-views, and delivering output aligned with client objectives
- Collaborate with BCN Project Leader / Manager to deploy & commercialize Bain’s offering internally and externally
- Ensure timely, high quality, zero-defect output by yourself, and your team-let
- Generate and screen realistic answers based on sound reality checks and recommend actionable solutions
- Use your story telling skills to drive conversations with senior stakeholders
- Assist the Customer Practice in operational tasks including leadership updates, business reviews, and maintaining the internal knowledge database
About you
- Undergraduate degree (preferably in Engineering, Business, or Economics) with 2–5 years of experience, or Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred) with 1–3 years of experience
- Proven ability to build sales collateral (proposals, pitch decks, RFPs, demos) on topics like go-to-market, commercial excellence, branding, marketing, customer experience, and strategy for B2B/B2C clients
- Experience within a Professional Services firm (e.g., Big 4, MBB, or tech consulting) is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in advanced MS PowerPoint and Excel is must. Executional understanding of analytical and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, etc., is a strong advantage
- Experience in digital/web content creation (e.g., EPiServer), Demo/video tools (e.g., Synthesia, Adobe) or Coding, data management and web-based tool development (e.g., Python, HTML, Java, etc.,) would be preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Self-motivated and have experience working in a team environment with ability to handle multiple tasks and tight timelines
- Excellent work management, time management and problem-solving skills
