This informal session is designed to help you learn more about Bain’s people, culture, and the impact we create through our work in Japan and globally. It’s a great opportunity to connect directly with our consultants, hear about their experiences, and explore what a career in strategy consulting could look like for you.

Who can join?
Bilingual Japanese-English undergraduate students who are graduating in 2027, 2028 or 2029, who are interested in working at Bain’s Tokyo office after graduation. Participants should be fluent in both Japanese and English.
*This event is for candidates interested in Bain’s Tokyo office only.
**As space is limited, we may not be able to accommodate all interested participants. Invitation emails are expected to be sent around November 6, and at that time, we will share further details regarding the date and time reservation process.

What is your advice for someone considering applying?
Even if you did not originally consider a consulting career, you should definitely take a close look at Bain. Many Bainies (including myself) did not consider consulting as their 1st choice when looking at future careers, but I chose Bain because of its welcoming people and amazing culture. For interviews, do prepare for cases but most importantly have fun and show us who you really are! Really hope to see you during the application process!
