With nearly 20 years of experience, Abdullahi helps leaders translate digital strategies into products, platforms, and ecosystems that deliver sustainable business value. He combines customer insights and commercial expertise to identify growth opportunities and establish governance and performance management frameworks to support strategic initiatives.

His expertise spans digital product development, customer experience, enterprise transformation, marketing, and innovation strategy. He has worked across the public sector, real estate and construction, consumer electronics, media and entertainment, tourism, and retail industries.

Prior to joining us, Abdullahi held senior leadership roles in digital products, customer experience, and strategic initiatives. His work has been recognized across Europe and the Middle East. He has contributed to national-level initiatives, including the inaugural World Government Summit, launched the inaugural Dubai 30x30 initiative, led Dubai Tourism's award-winning digital product transformations, and supported the establishment of the Middle East app ecosystem.

Abdullahi holds a bachelor's degree with honors in business management and is pursuing a Global MBA at Warwick Business School. He is a Chartered Marketer and holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and P3O certifications.
