Alessandro Lo Martire

Alessandro Lo Martire is a member of our AI, Insights & Solutions, Energy & Natural Resources, and Enterprise Technology practices, with over 10 years of experience at Bain.

He advises European and global utilities, grid and infrastructure operators, and their investors, with a focus on the intersection of the energy sector, technology, AI and digital innovation. Alessandro leads transformation programs from strategy through delivery, spanning AI and data architectures, asset and grid operations, and commercial and customer performance. His work focuses on translating technology into commercial results while staying close to delivery.

Since 2022, Alessandro has coordinated and spoken at the Digital (R)evolution Awards, a Bain-hosted event that brings together industry leaders to share, discuss and celebrate success stories in digital and transformation.

Alessandro holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in management engineering from Politecnico di Milano. He is professionally certified in AI operations and agile delivery, with additional training in data science and sustainability and value creation.
