During his 10+ years at Bain, Alex has advised executives and investors on commercial excellence and growth strategies across topics including GTM model & effectiveness, sales & marketing pipeline acceleration, channels strategy & management, GTM merger integration, commercial operations, and tech stack & data strategy. He has worked with Fortune 100 technology companies as well as midmarket players, completing extensive Value creation work in high growth SaaS models.
He leads IP development within our firm related to sales tech & marketing tech, and has led multiple transformations involving the alignment of technology to go-to-market performance across the commercial lifecycle.
Alex holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business (Arjay Miller Scholar), and both an M.S. in computer science and a B.S. in electrical engineering (high honors) from Washington University in St. Louis.
