Andrea Galli

Andrea Galli is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources practice.

Andrea has more than 10 years of consulting experience, advising leading utilities, renewable energy companies, and investment funds on growth strategy, performance improvement, and business transformation. His experience spans the entire power and gas value chain, including conventional and renewable power generation, energy storage, trading and energy management, transmission and distribution, and energy services. He also advises private equity, infrastructure, and buyout funds, supporting the development of value creation plans aligned with the opportunities created by the energy transition.

Prior to joining Bain, Andrea worked at EDF-Edison, where he was responsible for power portfolio management and supported key commercial and market activities. Earlier in his career, he also gained experience as a technical consultant in the energy sector.

Andrea holds an MSc in Energy Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, where he also completed a research program at TU Delft focused on innovative renewable energy solutions. He has further completed executive education programs in Energy Finance and Commodity Trading at MIP Politecnico di Milano.
