Andrea Loh

Andrea Loh is a member of our Private Equity practice.

She brings over 10 years of experience advising top-quartile private equity funds across large-cap buyout, mid-market, and growth equity investing. Her experience spans the high-growth markets of Southeast Asia and the U.S. deal environment, providing her with a distinctive perspective on private equity investing. Andrea focuses primarily on commercial diligence, partnering closely with investors across vertical software, technology-centric business services, including the data center ecosystem, and sports and media agencies.

In addition to her private equity work, Andrea has worked with Fortune 100 technology companies on large-scale strategy and transformation programs. Before joining Bain, she was a commercial litigation attorney and later worked as a technologist in India. She was also the runner-up on the Asia edition of The Apprentice.

Beyond client work, Andrea leads Esprit and Asians at Bain in New York and is an advocate for junior consultant cohorts, reflecting her commitment to mentorship and fostering inclusive and connected communities.
