Andrew Rodd leads Bain's Strategy & Transformation practice in the Asia-Pacific region. He is also a core member of our Private Equity practice, Capital Effectiveness Center of Excellence, and formerly led the Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment practices.
Andrew advises a range of clients across the region, as well as North America and Europe, on full potential transformation and telco growth strategy. He has also led numerous due diligences, mainly for data centres, telcos and network infrastructure providers.
He is also deeply versed in enterprise telco full potential transformation and telco growth strategy.
Andrew's key client work includes leading a set of infrastructure investments across telco operators and data centers. He has also driven multiple large-scale cost and capital productivity programs in telecommunication business across both developed and emerging markets.
Beyond his client work, Andrew is a member of the local MBA recruiting team.
He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Melbourne and a B. Eng. in chemistry from the University of Queensland.
