Bryan Ng

Bryan Ng is a member of our Financial Services practice.

He brings over 10 years of experience working with leading banks and insurance players across Southeast Asia. His work focuses on digital platform design and build, frontline excellence, and the application of advanced analytics and AI to drive business transformation. He has supported clients on large-scale transformations, helping them modernize customer journeys, improve sales effectiveness, and unlock new sources of value through technology.

Prior to joining Bain, Bryan worked at Meta in Menlo Park, California, where he focused on product strategy for AR, VR, and AI products. In this role, he contributed to the development of next-generation digital experiences at the intersection of hardware, software, and artificial intelligence.

Outside of his client work, Bryan is passionate about the role of technology in shaping the future of financial services and enjoys staying close to emerging trends in AI and digital innovation.
