How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?
My path to Bain wasn’t a straight line; it was a collection of dots. The experiences I had—such as international programs, internships, and other projects—helped shape what I value professionally and clarified my set of non-negotiables.
As I thought about my career, I knew I wanted a dynamic role, a collaborative environment surrounded by talented and driven people, continuous challenge and learning, impact, and a culture that values both fun and recognition.
When I connected the dots, Bain clearly stood out. Looking back, I don’t regret the decision for a second. Bain has delivered on everything that drew me here and continues to challenge and excite me every day.
Do you feel like you can do impactful work at Bain? What opportunities excite you?
Bain is a place where impact happens at scale. We collaborate with the world's largest companies to tackle high-stakes problems and make decisions that shape entire industries.
What excites me most is the responsibility you are trusted with early in your career. Bain pushes you beyond your comfort zone, giving you ownership while surrounding you with teammates and mentors who are invested in your success.
At Bain, you are constantly impressed by what you have already accomplished and genuinely excited about what is ahead. There is always a bigger challenge to take on and another opportunity to grow.
“Build Your Own Bain” means creating a thriving career on your own terms. How have you been able to “Build Your Own Bain?”
"Build Your Own Bain” has been very real in my experience. While at the project level, I have had the flexibility to shape my path and gravitate toward the industries, capabilities, and people I connected with most, it was through opportunities beyond day-to-day project work that I experienced the most defining moments of my Bain journey.
In 2023, I joined the Brussels office through Bain’s Experience Share program, which allows Bainies to temporarily transfer between offices, and gain a broader perspective on how Bain operates globally.
In 2025, I took the leap and transferred permanently to Montreal as a founding member of the office. Being part of building something from the ground up, shaping the culture, the team, and the ambition of a new office, has been the most exciting experience of my time at Bain and a powerful example of what it truly means to “Build Your Own Bain.”
Share some of your favorite work (personal or professional) you’ve done while at Bain.
One of the things I value most about my time at Bain is the range of work I have been able to do, from more traditional casework to experiences that are far less typical for a consulting career.
One project that particularly stands out is the work we did for the B20, the official G20 dialogue forum with the global business community. As the Knowledge Partner for the Digital Transformation Task Force, we collaborated with C-suite executives from the world’s leading firms to draft policy recommendations for G20 heads of state on topics such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and digital inclusion.
Another favorite experience was our collaboration with Mila, a leading AI research institute in Montreal, to help bridge the gap between academic excellence and commercial viability by accelerating venture activity in Canada. This project led to tangible, public-facing outcomes, including the announcement of a new venture capital fund and a series of joint publications.
These experiences capture what has defined my time at Bain: the opportunity to work alongside brilliant people, both at Bain and at our clients, to tackle high-impact challenges, while continuously learning and growing.
