He advises luxury and fashion companies across topics such as branding and marketing, consumer behavior, strategic positioning, merchandising, go-to-market, digital transformation and operating model.
Carlo is a contributing author to Bain's fashion and luxury IP and a frequent speaker at fashion-luxury conferences and university programs.
He holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in economics from Bocconi University and a Bachelor of Art History degree from the Courtauld Institute in London.
