Elsa Sit

Elsa Sit is a member of our Asia-Pacific Private Equity practice.

She has more than 20 years of consulting and private equity experience, working extensively on private equity related activities and management with a focus on Asia Pacific.

Elsa develops intellectual capital on market insights and emerging trends in the Asia Pacific private equity industry. Notably, for the past few years, she has led the creation of Bain & Company’s annual Asia Pacific Private Equity Report. Elsa also contributed to regional publications on the state of the industry and other related topics.

With deep expertise in the industry, Elsa advises private equity firms and institutional investors on topics including fund strategy and fund raising. Additionally, Elsa manages a regional team to execute on practice operations, including strategic planning, business tracking and reporting, as well as knowledge management.

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Elsa also speaks fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
