Fotios Sepidis

Fotios Sepidis is a member of our Commercial Excellence practice.

He has over 10 years of experience in commercial strategy, pricing, and sales, with a focus on driving sustainable top-line improvements. Fotios primarily supports clients across the DACH region and Europe on pricing and sales transformations. His work spans B2B technology and industrial goods companies, including private equity portfolio firms, multinationals, and family-owned businesses.

Prior to joining Bain, Fotios was a senior director at a global consulting firm. He also held roles at Vodafone and DHL in Germany and Australia.

He holds a Master of Science in International Management from ESB Reutlingen and Northeastern University in Boston, and a Bachelor of Arts in Aviation Management.
