Franz-Josef
Dr. Franz-Josef Seidensticker is a partner in Bain & Company's Munich office. He is the chairman of EMEA Emerging Markets.
Franz-Josef joined Bain in 1992 and has since advised innumerable European and US-based businesses. He specializes in the strategic restructuring and development of large international groups, comprehensive programs for increasing company value and organizational issues. He serves customers in the machine and systems engineering, high-tech, telecommunications, software and IT services sectors.
Franz-Josef studied economics at the University of Paderborn and at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He obtained his PhD at the University of St. Gallen.
