Kyle Goldman is a member of our Retail and Customer Strategy & Marketing practices. 

Kyle focuses on helping senior executive teams at leading retail and restaurant companies make clear choices about where to grow, how to win with customers, where AI and digital capabilities can create measurable value, and how to mobilize the organization to deliver results.

His focus areas span growth strategy, customer strategy, AI and GenAI implementation, loyalty, personalization, pricing and promotions, and enterprise transformation. Kyle brings a pragmatic view on AI: focusing on the use cases, capabilities, ways of working, and adoption required to turn technology into tangible business outcomes.

Before joining Bain in 2008, he worked in investment banking. 

Kyle holds an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor's degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
