Lucia Tagliabue

Lucia Tagliabue is a member of our Healthcare & Life Sciences and Consumer Products practices.

She has worked with many of the top-50 consumer goods companies, across food and beverage, personal care and consumer healthcare. Lucia has now transitioned onto Biotech and Healthcare clients, where she concentrates most of her efforts. Her work primarily surrounds corporate and business unit strategy. Lucia's case portfolio includes various diligences for both corporate and private equity funds.

Beyond her client work, she is a leader for our Milan Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts and she has been the Italy Womxn at Bain champion since 2022. 

Prior to working at Bain, she worked in investment banking and was the founder and CEO of a tech startup. Lucia graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a Distinction.

In her personal time, Lucia is a passionate golfer and skier and a caring mother of three: a daughter and a pair of twins.
