Dr. Malte Reineke leads our Insurance practice in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
He has more than 20 years of consulting experience with Bain and focuses on transformation programs (growth, turnaround and digital).
He holds deep expertise in strategic, organizational, marketing and sales issues.
Malte studied business administration and computer science at the University of Passau, where he also earned his doctorate in business administration.
