Nicolo Nepote

Nicolo (Nico) Nepote is a member of our Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Private Equity practices.

With extensive experience advising investors and management teams in software and financial services, he has worked on a wide range of transaction and value creation engagements. He has supported numerous clients across software and fintech sectors, including vertical and horizontal software, infrastructure software, financial platforms and tech-enabled services.

His work spans buy-side commercial due diligence and post-acquisition value creation. He works with private equity funds, growth equity, corporate investors, and hedge funds across North America and Europe. He advises leadership teams on strategic priorities and go-to-market initiatives that drive sustainable growth.

Nico holds a Master of Science in International Management from Bocconi University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Torino. In his personal time, Nico is an avid traveler and enjoys spending time on the golf course and tennis court.
