Randy

Randy Huey is a member of the firm’s Commercial Excellence group within our Customer Strategy & Marketing practice.

His recent work has focused on advising clients in Technology and Healthcare & Life Sciences on revenue acceleration through our proprietary Sales Play System. He also advises on a range of commercial excellence topics including channel, GTM design, and commercial operations.

Prior to joining Bain, Randy spent more than 20 years at Dell Technologies in executive leadership positions spanning GTM strategy, sales, and sales operations in both B2C and B2B. Most recently, he served as the Chief Growth Officer of CVS Health's Aetna business unit.

He holds an MBA from the Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's in Economics from the University of Vermont.

A strong proponent of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Randy is a member of the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility.
