Ruth Zöhrer is an expert with FRWD and a member of our Marketing & Customer Experience practice in EMEA.

Ruth advises clients across marketing strategy and planning, marketing optimization, and modern marketing op model & capability building across all sectors, with a specific focus on retail and private equity.

Prior to joining Bain in 2022, Ruth spent 15+ years in a variety of roles across marketing technology platforms and marketing agencies. In her last appointment as Global Chief Client Success Officer at Wunderman Thompson, part of WPP, Ruth was responsible for launching propositions across retail media, sustainable commerce and DTC managed services.

She holds a M.A. and B.A. from Bryn Mawr College.

Ruth has lived and worked across LATAM, North America and EMEA with London as her base, where she shares a home with her partner and beloved Border Terrier.
