Todd Johnson

Todd Johnson leads Bain's Medical Device sector within the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice.

Todd has worked with many of Bain's largest Medical Device clients across a wide range of topics.  These topics include M&A strategy/integration, commercial model redesign, operating model, portfolio/SKU simplification, manufacturing/supply chain, cost transformation and ESG.  Todd has also worked with provider clients, particularly focused on alternate site-of-care strategies.  Todd also has extensive private equity diligence experience, supporting financial investors evaluating opportunities in the Medical Device sector.

Todd joined Bain in 1999 and has applied his management consulting expertise globally, having served clients in Bain's New York, Boston, London and Sydney offices. 

Todd graduated from the University of Virginia with Honors with a government and foreign affairs major. Todd also received a Master of Public Administration in International Development from the Kennedy School at Harvard and a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
