Patient satisfaction in private Brazilian hospitals

Improving satisfaction allows for increased patient loyalty, which translates into an increase in visits and profits. Identifying points of improvement and prioritizing these actions based on the level of complexity and investment will enable hospitals to put into practice more assertive actions to meet the needs of their patients and improve the economic results of their hospital units.
