A Bain survey amongst 10.000 private clients in Germany shows that the share of digital active customers will rise within the next three to five years from about 50 percent to a whopping 80 percent. This is not related to a turning away from traditional payment options. Rather stress three out of four interviewee that personal consultation will stay important to them. In other countries the audience's behabiour is also hybrid and they expect from their insurance company both online- and offline-access.
