Arián Krakov

Arián is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources, Advanced Manufacturing & Services, and Digital practices.

He has more than 20 years of experience in management consulting, with a strong track record of supporting senior executives across agribusiness, mining, steel, equipment, oil and gas, beverages, and consumer goods. His work spans clients in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Paraguay, Ecuador, and Peru. Arián focuses on growth strategy, post-merger integration, joint ventures, B2B go-to-market planning, operational improvement, and digital transformation.

Prior to joining us in 2019, he spent 14 years as a management consultant in Argentina and Brazil, primarily serving the steel, chemical, cement, and utilities sectors. He also began his career as an engineer in regulatory and quality affairs at Unilever Argentina.

Arián holds a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Buenos Aires and an executive MBA from FGV and four international universities, including The Chinese University of Hong Kong and Erasmus University Rotterdam. He is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
