Benoît Gougeon is a member of Bain's Performance Improvement, Consumer Products and Healthcare & Life Sciences practices.
He has more than 20 years of management consulting and industry experience and has worked extensively in Europe, the Americas and the Middle East.
Benoit holds robust experience in leading manufacturing & supply chain strategy and transformation programs for regional or global companies. He also specializes in portfolio complexity management and design-to-value, helping brands and companies reach their full potential, especially in the food, beverage and cosmetics sectors.
Prior to joining Bain in 2022, Benoît worked in supply chain and finance at L’Oréal and at another consulting firm as a consultant and partner.
Benoît graduated with a master's degree in engineering from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées (ENSTA, Paris) and benefited from executives training programs at CEDEP/INSEAD and LSE (London). He is fluent in English and French.
Outside of Bain, Benoît also teaches industrial strategy at the Sciences-Po Paris “Finance & Strategy Master”.
