Dan Manicom is a senior leader in our Energy & Natural Resources practice, focusing on utilities and renewables.
His work centers on delivering large-scale transformations for leading, disruptive companies in these sectors. Recent examples include building "Engine 2" adjacency businesses in the energy sphere and digital transformation in mining.
Additionally, Dan is an expert in deploying our Micro-battles System and Agile ways of working to accelerate results delivery and build client capabilities.
Apart from direct client work, he is a leader of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts in the Toronto office and more broadly within the firm.
Dan holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a BaSC in mechanical engineering from the University of Waterloo.
