Duilio Matrullo is a member of Bain's EMEA Consumer Products practice.
He has more than 20 years of management consulting experience, working with senior executives and management teams to address their most pressing strategic issues. He has served clients across various markets in WER, CEE, North America and APAC.
Duilio advises clients across a range of industries, with a focus on consumer goods sectors. He specializes in business unit strategy, M&A, commercial due diligence, organization, consumer marketing, trade channel strategy, route-to-market models, trade spending optimization, salesforce organization and performance improvement.
He is also a leading contributor to the development of Bain's commercial strategy capabilities. In this capacity, he has helped build Bain's perspective on commercial excellence and revenue growth management.
Duilio has additional experience in agriculture, retail, pharmaceuticals and the apparel and luxury sectors on issues related to growth strategy and performance improvement.
Prior to joining Bain in 1996, he worked for Kurt Salmon Associates and Procter & Gamble.
Duilio holds a degree in electronic engineering with a specialization in telecommunications from La Sapienza University.
