Eunice Tan is a member of our Financial Services, Cost Transformation, and Strategy practices.
She brings over 10 years of experience working with some of Southeast Asia's leading financial institutions and corporations across a range of topics, including banking transformation, full-potential strategy, cost transformation, performance improvement, and operational excellence.
She has also supported clients on technology-enabled transformation initiatives, helping them modernize operations and unlock new sources of value. Her client portfolio spans banks, insurance companies, and sovereign wealth funds, helping organizations unlock sustainable value through rigorous strategic and operational change. She also brings hands-on experience in post-merger integration, having supported clients through complex organizational transitions.
Beyond client work, Eunice plays a leadership role in developing the next generation of Bain talent, leading onboarding training for new joiners to the firm.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Accountancy and Finance from the National University of Singapore. She is also a CFA charterholder and a Chartered Accountant of Singapore.
Outside of work, Eunice enjoys playing the piano and finds equal joy in the everyday moments of raising her young son.
