Jana Kremer-Homann is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice group with a focus on the Machinery, Paper & Packaging and Automotive & Mobility sectors.
She has over 7 years of experience with Bain and has advised clients on a variety of strategy (corporate, growth, brand), business transformation & change, and operating model (group, business lines, function) projects. Her client portfolio includes both European and global clients.
More recently, Jana has been focusing on advising clients and driving insights development in the field of Sustainability & Responsibility, and is co-hosting Bain's Sustainability Academy Podcast.
In addition to her role, Jana is very involved in our DE&I initiatives and has served as the Wxmen at Bain lead for Berlin.
Jana holds an M.Sc. in International Business from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics and a B.A. in Corporate Management & Economics from Zeppelin University.
