Joshua has more than 10 years of experience working with senior executives and investors to create high-performing companies in the chemicals, mining, energy and agriculture spaces.
From a capability perspective, he brings deep expertise in strategy, due diligence, portfolio value creation, operations excellence, and venture building. He is a global citizen with proven ability to navigate local markets in China, India and Latin America. He is also fluent in Mandarin and Spanish.
Prior to Bain, Joshua held several operational leadership roles at a global engineering, procurement and construction services company where he also served chemicals, energy and mining clients.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD (with distinction) and both a B.S. in industrial engineering and a B.A. in Chinese from Clemson University where he graduated summa cum laude.
In his spare time, Joshua is an avid jazz drummer, polyglot and ping-pong player. He also plays a role advising social entrepreneurs in Latin America and Southeast Asia.
